Public-Sector & Education Teams

Your staff is already using AI. Nobody has trained them.

AI tools are already inside your organization — on personal phones if not on work machines. Untrained use creates real risk: sensitive data pasted into consumer chatbots, confident-sounding wrong answers in official work, and wildly uneven productivity across identical roles. Federal agencies are under a mandate to build AI-trained workforces on a 2026 timeline; state and local expectations are following.

Four things, taught with their own work.

  • Safe useplainly statedWhat never goes into a chatbot, how to think about public records and confidentiality, and a one-page usage policy your leadership can adopt.
  • Daily toolkithands-onDrafting, summarizing, spreadsheet work, and meeting notes — live, with each participant's real non-sensitive work. Participants leave with workflows they use the next morning.
  • VerificationhabitsHow AI gets things wrong, how to catch it, and when a human must stay in the loop.
  • Role tracks& leadershipTailored sessions for admin, communications, finance, HR, and IT — plus a leadership session on what to standardize, what to pilot, what to ignore, and how to evaluate the vendors selling you AI.

Who is this for?

Staff at every technical level, not just the people who already like the tools. The material is built around the work each role actually does — the agenda packet, the records request, the budget spreadsheet, the press release, the ticket queue — and there is a separate session for leadership on what to standardize, what to pilot, and how to evaluate a vendor selling them AI.

Is public records law covered?

Yes, in the safe-use module: what constitutes a public record when AI drafts it, what should never be pasted into a consumer chatbot, and how to keep confidential and personally identifiable information out of tools that were not procured for it. Your counsel is the authority on your state's specifics; we teach the practical habits that keep staff clear of the edge.

Do participants leave with anything?

Three workflows they used during the session on their own real, non-sensitive work, and a one-page usage policy leadership can adopt. The three-session series produces the policy as a formal deliverable rather than a starting point.

What is the free lunch-and-learn?

Forty-five minutes with your team, no cost and no pitch during the session — what tools are safe, what should never be pasted into a chatbot, and three workflows your staff will actually keep. If it is useful, we talk about the full program afterwards. If not, you have lost forty-five minutes and gained three workflows.

Virtual or on site?

Either. On site anywhere in the tri-county area, and virtual statewide. The full-day format works better in a room; the half-day travels fine.

Why you rather than a training company?

Because we build and deploy these systems for businesses every week, so the material is practitioner training rather than consultant slideware — and it is rebuilt continuously, because the tools change monthly and a curriculum written last year teaches habits that are already wrong.

Book the free 45-minute session.

No pitch during the session. If it is useful, we will talk about the full program afterward — and if your team walks out with three workflows and nothing else, that is a fine outcome too.
