A rebuild you can measure, not just look at.

Most redesigns are judged by whether the client likes the homepage. This one starts with a score, ends with the same score re-measured, and shows you both numbers. The point is not a prettier site — it is a site that people and AI systems can both read, cite, and act on.

Four stages, and a number at both ends.

The acceptance rule. A rebuild is not delivered until it scores at least 85 out of 100 on AI Search Readiness. That is enforced by an automated test across every site we have shipped — if a change ever dropped one below the line, the test fails before the client does.

Everything the score depends on.

01

Content migration and rewriting

Your existing copy, harvested and restructured so it answers the question a customer actually asked — not moved across as-is.

02

WCAG 2.1 AA conformance

Built in from the first template and verified with the same tooling behind our paid accessibility audits.

03

Structured data and AI-crawler layer

Schema that describes the business, the services, and the questions correctly, so assistants have something unambiguous to cite.

04

Performance

Server-rendered content, fast on a phone on a bad connection, no JavaScript shell hiding the words.

05

Staff handoff

Training on updating content without breaking accessibility or structure, plus the ownership of everything — code, domain, hosting.

06

A measured result

Re-scored on the same rubric, with a before-and-after page you can show anyone who asks what changed.

Quoted once, after the free readiness report, as one fixed number.

A rebuild is scoped from the report rather than from a guess about your site, so the quote comes after the free report and never moves afterwards. Ask on the call and we will give you the range for a site your size before you commit to anything.

The readiness report comes first, and it is free. If the report says your site does not need rebuilding, we will tell you that and point you at the three findings your current vendor can fix this week.

How do I know whether I need this?

Run the free AI Search Readiness report first. If the findings are configuration and content problems, whoever maintains your site can fix them from the report and you do not need us. A rebuild is the honest answer when the platform itself hides your content from crawlers, when the accessibility failures are structural, or when the content cannot answer a customer's question in a form anything can cite.

What does 'the score has to clear 85' mean?

Every rebuild is re-crawled and re-scored by the same engine that audited the old site, and we do not consider one finished until it clears 85 out of 100 on AI Search Readiness. That threshold is enforced by an automated test across every site we have shipped, not by somebody's judgment at handover.

Is accessibility included?

It is built in, not bolted on: WCAG 2.1 AA conformance from the first template, verified with the same tooling we use for paid accessibility audits. Retrofitting an inaccessible site later costs more and holds up worse.

Who owns the site afterwards?

You do — code, content, domain, and hosting account, in your name from the start. Handoff includes training your staff to add and update content without breaking accessibility or structure. We do not hold a site hostage as a retention strategy.

What about the content? We do not have a copywriter.

Content migration and rewriting is part of the build. The rebuild starts from what your existing site already says — we harvest the real copy, including from pages that only render in a browser — then restructure it so a person skimming and a machine parsing both get an answer.

How is the improvement proven?

A before-and-after page: the old site's screenshots beside the new one's, the old score beside the new score, and the findings that went away. Both sides are re-scored by the current engine in the same pass, so the two numbers are comparable by construction rather than by footnote.

Get the score first. Decide after.

The free readiness report takes a few minutes and tells you whether this conversation is worth having. If it is not, we will say so.
