When someone asks AI about your town, what does it say?

Citizens, visitors, and site-selection consultants increasingly get their first answer from ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI overviews — not from your homepage. If your website is outdated, inaccessible, or invisible to AI systems, you lose the introduction before anyone reaches you. Most government and tourism sites were built for a search era that is ending.

Find out what an AI crawler can read on your site.

We scan your site the way the retrieval bots behind ChatGPT and Google's AI answers do, score how ready it is to be found and cited, and email the report in a few minutes. No cost, no obligation, and it is the same measurement we run at the start of a paid engagement.

This is where the report goes.

Use the organization's website. The report goes to the address you give us, and we follow up once to see whether it was useful.

What the engagement produces.

  • AI visibility baseline report — what AI says about you today, with evidence
  • Full rebuild: design, development, content migration, accessibility conformance
  • Structured-data and AI-crawler optimization layer
  • Staff handoff training — managing content without breaking accessibility or structure
  • Ninety-day post-launch visibility re-measurement

Audit first, rebuild only if it earns it.

  • AI visibility audit, standalone
Baseline report plus the technical audit behind it
    1–2 weeks
  • Rebuild + accessibility + AI visibility
The full package, audit fee credited in full toward it
    6–12 weeks

Pricing. Fixed price, quoted before we start. Most engagements are sized to fit small-purchase and three-quote authority. Where a rebuild is the right answer, we structure the quote with your threshold in mind and say so plainly.

We are the Lowcountry firm specializing in AI visibility — the discipline of making organizations show up in AI-generated answers — and we build accessibility in rather than bolting it on.

What does AI visibility actually mean for a town?

When a family deciding where to move, a visitor planning a weekend, or a site-selection consultant screening locations asks ChatGPT or Google's AI overview, something answers. If your site is invisible to the systems behind those answers, the answer comes from a listicle, a competing town, or nothing at all. Measuring what those systems currently say about you is the first step, and it is usually the part that surprises the council.

How is the free report different from the paid visibility work?

The free report is a technical readiness measurement of your own site: your score, how much of your content an AI crawler can actually read, and the five highest-impact findings. The paid benchmark is the other half — we ask AI assistants the questions your residents and visitors actually ask, dozens of times across several engines, and document whether you were named, cited, and described accurately.

Do we have to rebuild? Our site is only a few years old.

Not necessarily, and we will say so. Plenty of findings are configuration and content problems your current vendor can fix from the report. A rebuild is the honest recommendation when the platform itself hides content from crawlers, when accessibility failures are structural, or when the content architecture cannot answer a question in a citable way.

Who owns the site when you are done?

You do — the code, the content, the domain, and the hosting account. Staff handoff training is part of the engagement, specifically covering how to add and update content without breaking accessibility or structure. Vendor lock-in is a thing we design against, not a retention strategy.

Is accessibility included in a rebuild?

Yes. WCAG 2.1 AA conformance is built in from the first template rather than remediated afterwards, which is both cheaper and more durable than fixing an inaccessible site later. If you also need an audit of the old site — for a complaint, a grant condition, or a records trail — that is the accessibility audit engagement.

How do you prove it worked?

The same tests, re-run ninety days after launch, compared against the identical questions from the baseline. The comparison only counts if the test design did not change, so the questions are fingerprinted and re-used rather than rewritten to flatter the result.
